ASOS: Marketing Metrics Dashboard

As part of this project I analysed the marketing effectiveness of ASOS by designing a dashboard visualisation of the ten-marketing metrics for use by key stakeholders internal to the organisation. The MPM system has been designed as guidance for ASOS to continuously track and measure their marketing performance. Based on a numeric assessment and critical analysis of the marketing metrics, recommendations are proposed to improve ASOS’ marketing effectiveness. The main findings revolve around improving customer satisfaction levels which will ultimately enable ASOS to work towards achieving their mission statement.
